Quotes spell out what is included — linehaul, fuel, pre-pull / drop where applicable, plus the per-day chassis and storage terms up front. Every quote is valid for 30 days.
We track availability, holds, and last free day, and flag changes early — pickup booked, out-gate, delivery, and empty return — so demurrage surprises do not land on you.
Container number (or DO / arrival notice), port or terminal, delivery address, and ready date — by email is fine.
